- •Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.37 points, from 83.17 to 83.54, which represents an increase of 0.44% in November 2023. Prices also increased 4.03% y-o-y.
- •Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.94 points, from 108.38 to 109.32, which represents an increase of 0.87% in November 2023. Prices also increased 18.93% y-o-y.
- •Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.53 points, from 71.88 to 72.41, which represents an increase of 0.73% in November 2023. Prices also increased 2.57% y-o-y.
- •Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.42 points, from 108.40 to 109.82, which represents an increase of 1.31% in November 2023. Prices also increased 19.22% y-o-y.
